1. Feature Overview
Administrators can set daily work targets for each operator. Once configured, the system allows viewing the achievement rate of each operator and workstation on a daily basis.

3.1 Set Target Values
Path: Service Center Backend → Service Settings → Performance Settings
Click “Add”, select the Station and Operator, enter the daily target value, then click “Confirm” to save (Picture 1).
The list page displays the total target quantity for the day by workstation, and set the WIP value as needed. (Picture 2)

3.2 Operators can check their own progress at any time and also view the current WIP value of the station.
3.3 Operators can view their detailed performance information in the backend under the [Personal Performance] menu.
3.4 The achievement rates of all workstations and operators can be viewed by administrators.

3.5 View Assistance Information

Administrators can view support requests submitted by operators at specific workstations. Upon receiving, administrators can respond and provide supporttimely.
